Pounds & Paperwork ("the site") offers educational calculators, guides and a downloadable spreadsheet. Nothing on the site is financial, mortgage, tax, legal or investment advice, or a personal recommendation. The site is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Results depend entirely on the assumptions you enter, and real outcomes will differ. Before deciding to buy a home, borrow or invest, speak to a suitably qualified, regulated professional.

Visa and immigration content

Pages about visas, immigration and residence give general information based on official sources such as GOV.UK. They are not immigration advice and we cannot advise on individual cases. We are not regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority. Rules change often: always check GOV.UK, and for advice on your situation use a regulated immigration adviser or solicitor.

Accuracy

We aim to keep tax tables, fees and rules accurate for England for the stated tax year, but they change and mistakes are possible. The site and the spreadsheet are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Check any figure before you rely on it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using or relying on the site or the spreadsheet. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

Excel Pro licence

Buying Excel Pro gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use and change the file for your own decisions. You may not resell, share or publish the file or large parts of it. Payments are handled by Ko-fi.

Intellectual property

The calculators, their code, the spreadsheet and the site content belong to the site operator. You're welcome to link to any page.
